CCMS is hosting a Family Literacy STEAM Night on November 9th from 5:30 to 6:30! We invite families to participate in hands-on, interactive STEAM activities that highlight books in our school media center. Families will have the opportunity to browse our Book Fair, and Scoops Ice Cream will be available for purchase! In addition, South Ga Technical College is bringing their mobile STEM lab equipped with different automobile simulators, drones, and other types of technology that highlight technical programs offered at SGTC. Leading up to the event, students can complete a Book Talk for a chance to win a $25 Amazon gift card! We hope to see you at the first CCMS Family STEAM Night of the new school year!

The Chattahoochee County Middle School is hosting a Family STEAM Night on March 9th from 5:30 to 6:30! Students and families are invited to participate in hands-on, interactive STEAM activities. In preparation for the event, middle school students will participate in Character Day during the school day where they have the opportunity to dress as their favorite book character. For our evening event, we invite families to participate in hands-on, interactive STEAM activities that highlight books in our school media center. A drone demonstration with the GA Forestry Commission will be held from 5:30 to 5:50. Families will also have a chance to enjoy a book walk, and Kona Ice will be available for purchase. Additionally, we will have a drawing for a drone giveaway! We hope to see you at our first Middle School Family STEAM Night of the new school year!
