Two town hall meetings will be Wednesday August 28th and Thursday August 29th to provide the opportunity for parents and the community to better understand transportation route changes and schedules. As the system grows, our procedures require seamless implementation that can be sustained. The purpose of the parent town hall is to proactively share information and also clearly communicate expectations. In addition, all bus routes will be on the main website along with a process for updating addresses in Power School and managing bus change pass requests. Wednesday August 28th meeting will start at 5:30 in the Sand Hill Recreation Center Bldg 3308: Ft. Benning. Thursday August 29th meeting will start at 5:30 in the Chattahoochee County Middle-High School Media Center

Good Afternoon Chattco Family, We are currently monitoring a strong line of thunderstorms capable of producing heavy rains, extremely high winds, and possible tornado events in our area between 3 and 8 am on Friday April 19, 2019. Based off of the potential severe weather threat and communication with our local EMA Director, in an effort to help keep our students and staff safe, we will begin all classes after a 2 hour delayed start for all Chattahoochee County Schools on Friday April 19, 2019. Doors will open at CCEC and Day Care at 8:30 am, with CCMHS opening at 9 am. All buses will begin their routes 2 hours later than normal. We hope that everyone is safe an unaffected by the potential severe weather. We will be in contact with any changes should they are needed.
